人生的转折点?
哈哈又是我啦.....zzz....废话.....当然啦当废人以近2月了了....不废才假....现在是宁晨...再过几小时就是知道入何大学的时候了.....奇怪的我现在都不觉得紧张, 反而是有点兴奋,所以才写post...一定有人说我“qi xiao" 哈哈....不要在背后里说我了...手指有些疼...今天过度练chord了....但是还是很差...haiz...有点无从发力的感觉....怎么进度这么慢....有点想放弃....天啊...where is my booster.....轻松的日子就快完了.......下星期又不知将会忙到如何呢???。。。未知总是让人充满遐想......好像还有很多东西还没做但又不知要做什么.......为什么是这样的呢.....是所谓的”理又乱剪不断“吗??.....不说了...我又懒惰type中文了.....朋友们一切安好.....as you all wish and good luck...

A Coincidence With Floral and Fish?? Part 2
Ok this is d part two, continue the story after Botanic Garden's Floral Annual Fest. Haha after that my family and I went to have lunch at d Manhattan Fish Market located at the Gurney Plaza New Wing.
Ok about Manhattan F.M., actually I have not been there before. Actually we planned to lunch in d Nando's one but I suggested to lunch in Manhattan F.M. coz it's a new thing for us. Well Manhattan F.M. at there is really huge where it consists 2 storey.Waa....The view at there is really nice and pleasant. Ok, I will attach some pictures that taken at there. Well we have ordered d Salmon Pasta, Norwegian Grilled Salmon, a family set (I dunno what's d name), then several beverage and soup combos. Haha too much? too little? hehe actually we all were fully filled after that. oerp....I give 4 out of 5 stars for that....hohooo...
Actually what's Manhattan? "Manhattan is one of the five boroughs of New York City, located primarily on Manhattan Island at the mouth of the Hudson River. " According to Wikipedia. Well clear already?? Hehe know what u eat is very important.
Actually at Manhattan F.M. is not only eating fish but there also provides seafoods other than fish such as oyster, muscles, lobsters, etc.
According to experts, eating fish is good for our health.
Health benefits of eating fish
Regular consumption of fish can reduce the risk of various diseases and disorders. Selected research findings include:
- Asthma – children who eat fish may be less likely to develop asthma.
- Brain and eyes – fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids can contribute to the health of brain tissue and the retina (the back of the eye).
- Cardiovascular disease – eating fish every week reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke by reducing blood clots and inflammation, improving blood vessel elasticity, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood fats and boosting ‘good’ cholesterol.
- Dementia – elderly people who eat fish or seafood at least once a week may have a lower risk of developing dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.
- Depression – people who regularly eat fish have a lower incidence of depression (depression is linked to low levels of omega 3 fatty acids in the brain).
- Diabetes – fish may help people with diabetes manage their blood sugar levels.
- Eyesight – breastfed babies of mothers who eat fish have better eyesight, perhaps due to the omega 3 fatty acids transmitted in breast milk.
- Inflammatory conditions – regular fish consumption may relieve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and autoimmune disease.
- Prematurity – eating fish during pregnancy may help reduce the risk of delivering a premature baby.
So, why not take some time to eat fish le.....haha....

花与鱼不可兼得?Part 1
5月31日,星期天,晴。。。。
由于星期六晚无英超联赛,so我就上网看了Black Hawk Down, 一直看到了大约早上3点,接着就ZZzz..一向都睡到接近中午的我,在早上8时就被我的妹妹吵起,说要到BotanicGarden 去看Flora Annual Festival....ZZzzzz....头很痛啊.....无奈..只得起床...我的8小时就只剩5小时.....啊...(其实这是我自作自受,因为这是我之前提议的....haizzz)
[CAR ing] 到了BotanicGarden, 应该说还没到啦,因为已经封路了,只得park在很远的地方,用“11号巴士”到大门口。嘿,打字好累哩......用些照片来帮帮忙吧....
